Job Title: Telecommunications Trainer / Assessor
Job Summary:
Smart City Recruiters Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Trainer / Assessor to join our team. As a Telecommunications Trainer / Assessor, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of quality assurance through training, coaching, and completing assessments of industry qualifications/accreditations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on suitable corrective and preventive action following the identification of any quality issues
- Represent the company at customer meetings to ensure customers and company's quality standards are understood and implemented accordingly
- Ensure the provision of a safe and secure working environment in keeping with company policy and procedure as well as any legal requirements
- Provide support to installation whenever clarifications of methods and/or procedures are required
Requirements:
- Experience of working across the telecommunications industry within the Service Delivery role
- Must have a range of existing telecommunications accreditations
- Experience in training and/or assessing within Telecommunications Industry
- Training/Assessing Qualifications desirable
- NRSWA supervisor qualifications desirable
- Overview and good knowledge of the telecommunication industry fixed and mobile
