About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group, a leading provider of mental health care services. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients in our PICU service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest standards of care and compassion.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses, promoting positive teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring best practices in mental health care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 1 year's mental health nursing experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
