We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Leadership Development team at CPAS. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in nurturing courage in the gospel and increasing confidence in the faithfulness of Christ among Christian leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective leadership development programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Christian leaders
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Development team to achieve strategic objectives
  • Contribute to the creation of resources and materials to support leadership development

Requirements:

  • Committed Christian with a strong understanding of the gospel
  • Active member of a local church
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
