We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our front of house team at Buenos Aires, a renowned Argentinian steakhouse with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, working closely with our chefs to deliver high-quality dishes, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes and maintain a smooth service
  • Manage sections to ensure efficient service and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop a good understanding of our menu, wine list, and services to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a full table service restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Good eye for detail and ability to multitask
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to build a career with our company
