Job Title: Mid-Senior Technical Designer

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum

We are seeking a few Mid-Weight and Senior Technical Designers for our clients specializing in commercial workplace fitout projects. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical drawing support and assistance to the Creative team
  • Collaborating with sub-contractors on technical aspects of design concepts during the pitch phase
  • Developing technical aspects of design concepts in the design development phase through collaboration with sub-contractors
  • Creating detailed project drawing packs
  • Ensuring designs comply with building control regulations
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure successful project implementation
  • Maintaining standards on-site
  • Attending sub-contractor and client site meetings when required
  • Developing commercial awareness
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest products and techniques to provide the best recommendations to clients
  • Advising and mentoring junior members of the design team
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD
  • PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Desirable but not essential: Knowledge of Enscape
  • Proven experience in interacting with project teams and working in a team environment
  • Relevant degree qualifications
  • Relevant professional qualifications
