Skilled Careers is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in North East London. This is a temporary to permanent role, offering a permanent contract after 12 weeks of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, utilizing a PDA and interacting with tenants and planners on a daily basis. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

The rate of pay for this position is £20 per hour, resulting in a take-home pay of £664 per week, based on a 42.5 hour workweek.

- Social housing experience
- Carpentry qualification - essential
- Full UK driving license
- Own tools
