About Our Client

Our client is a reputable, multi-office accountancy firm.

Job Description

  1. Preparation and Review of Tax Returns
  2. Liaising with clients on tax compliance issues
  3. Supporting the Tax team and Tax Manager on more complex technical assignments
  4. HMRC Returns
  5. Helping clients understand and manage their tax liabilities effectively
  6. Contributing to the team's goals and supporting colleagues
  7. Ensuring compliance with internal processes and external tax regulations
  8. Participating in internal and external professional development opportunities
  9. Providing excellent customer service to maintain client relationships

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Semi-Senior should have:

  1. A strong academic background
  2. ATT (with aspirations to pursue CTA) is desirable
  3. This role has been created for future succession planning purposes. It would be a good fit for a candidate that aspires to be a Tax Manager of the future
  4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  5. Proficiency in using tax software and other relevant computer applications
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
