Dental Associate Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our Mixed NHS and Private Dental Practice in Hove. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and cases, and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

- Flexible Working Arrangements: We offer part-time or full-time roles, with a minimum of 3 days per week available, to accommodate your needs and preferences.
- 50% Split on Private Earnings: As an Associate Dentist, you will receive a 50% split on all private earnings, providing a significant increase in your take-home pay.
- Therapist on Site: Our practice has a therapist on site, providing support and assistance with referrals and complex cases.
- Flexible UDA Targets: We offer flexible UDA targets to accommodate private work, allowing you to focus on the cases that interest you most.
- Established Patient List: You will inherit a full list of longstanding patients from day one, providing a stable and predictable income stream.
- Opportunities for Invisalign and Cosmetic Dentistry: Our practice receives a high volume of requests for Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry, providing opportunities for you to develop your skills and increase your earning potential.
Our Mixed NHS and Private Dental Practice is a large, multi-surgery practice with state-of-the-art equipment. We are a family-run practice with a strong team ethos and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
