About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Streamline Search. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, products, and services
  • Establish contact with key decision-makers and update our database
  • Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and drive sales growth
  • Understand customer needs and communicate effectively with our in-house teams
  • Liaise with our marketing department to discuss promotional strategies and activities
  • Work with our finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage your pipeline and provide activity and sales forecasts
  • Provide customer feedback and insights to inform our sales strategy
Requirements
  • Experience in a commercial environment, preferably in manufacturing or construction
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, such as account management, customer retention, or business development
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to analyze customer accounts and identify opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a pleasant telephone manner
  • The ability to work as part of a small team and contribute to our sales growth
