About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Professional in Horsham and Haywards Heath. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide non-medical services to support their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live-in care, working independently to support clients in their daily lives
  • Reflect the core values of Home Instead, prioritizing the well-being and dignity of our clients
  • Contribute to a positive living environment, enhancing the quality of life for our clients
  • Document daily activities and report any changes or concerns to ensure the client's safety and well-being
  • Maintain regular communication with line managers and office staff

What We Offer

As a Live-In Care Professional, you will receive an allowance, a separate room to stay, and access to WiFi. We also provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting others, who is reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional relationships and be comfortable in the company of others. Previous experience in a care setting or interacting with older people is desirable, but not essential.
