Exciting Digital Transformation Opportunity

MCS Group is thrilled to have been exclusively retained by one of the UK and Ireland's fastest-growing companies as they seek to appoint a Digital Transformation Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to join a business at an exciting time of change and play a key role in their digital transformation journey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the enterprise, driving business growth and success through technology.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading digital transformation initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support business operations
  • Developing and executing a digital transformation strategy to drive business success
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in leading digital transformation within companies that have previously grown at scale. They will also have demonstrable experience in the implementation and delivery of Dynamics 365.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong change management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Proven experience in delivering projects and programmes of change

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile project and make a significant impact on the business. The salary is up to £100k depending on experience, with a fantastic benefits package.
