About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher of English with a SEN specialism to join our team at a well-regarded secondary school in Eastbourne. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering enthusiastic and engaging lessons for primarily Key Stage 3 and 4 students, contributing to the school's excellent academic performance, and leading children with a wide array of circumstances to success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in English and English Literature, aligned with the National Curriculum and the school's teaching framework.
- Contribute to the school's excellent academic performance by setting high expectations and promoting a love of learning.
- Lead children with a wide array of circumstances to success, using your expertise in SEN provision to make a positive impact.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject, with a recognised teaching qualification a plus.
- Experience teaching in UK schools, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and SEN provision.
- Excellent classroom management and rapport-building skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
