Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Knight Temple Recruitment. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our advisors in the processing of mortgage applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to our mortgage advisors in the processing of applications
- Keying accurate data to lenders and supplying relevant information to support lending decisions
- Assessing the validity of documents and organizing them to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Managing a pipeline of cases in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks accordingly
- Booking appointments and managing the diary of our colleagues
- Completing MI tracking and business case level monitoring
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage administration, ideally with knowledge of Buy-to-Let (BTL) and/or bridging loans
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent proof-reading skills
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to work well as part of a dynamic team
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Possess a strong eye for detail with commercial awareness of business requirements
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress
