Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician.

This position focuses on upholding safety standards, executing preventative maintenance efficiently, and enhancing equipment availability through ongoing improvements.


Shift Requirements:
This role may involve non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.

Engage in hands-on activities and exhibit Subject Matter Expert (SME) proficiency in all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) within the facility.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and guide technicians during shifts.
  • Assist the line manager and oversee operations in their absence.
  • Promote standardization of continuous improvement practices across the European network.
  • Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and equipment performance metrics.
  • Manage contractor activities.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a multi-skilled background in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, with relevant experience in automation or complex MHE settings.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of PLC-based control systems.
  • Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for proactive maintenance planning and reactive task documentation.
  • Effective communication skills in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Experience in managing multiple contractors.
