We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues, procurement and payment of sub-contractors from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.
The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to remediation works of legacy building projects (Fire / recladding) either from a developer or main contractor background, or experience on RC Frame or high rise type projects. You must have an excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of value engineering, cost control, budgeting and forecasting.
