Position Summary:
In the role of Assistant Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be integral to the daily management of our restaurant.

  • Assist the Restaurant Operations Manager in managing all facets of the restaurant's operations.
  • Guarantee an exceptional guest experience by upholding superior service and hospitality standards.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
  • Support inventory oversight, including procurement and stock management.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of service standards and procedures.
  • Work in tandem with the culinary team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements include:

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership position within a high-end or Michelin-rated dining venue.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities with an emphasis on crafting unforgettable dining moments.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality sector.
