Branch Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Extra Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Sales: Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, inventory control, and store maintenance.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the role.
- Stock Management: Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing stock, to ensure the store is well-stocked and customers have access to the products they need.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Previous Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a merchant environment.
- Product Knowledge: A good understanding of building supplies and products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in the use of computer systems and software, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Driving License: A full, clean driving license, with the ability to drive a company vehicle.
