Key Duties:

  • Ensure each young person has a personalized care plan that is regularly reviewed.
  • Assign a Key Worker to each young person to oversee the implementation of their care plan.

  • Develop systems to gather feedback from young people regarding the quality of care.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • NVQ Level 4 in Caring for Children & Young People (or equivalent).
  • Full Clean Driving License.

Desirable:

  • RMCC NVQ Award.
  • Management Qualification.

  • Understanding of the Children Act and relevant legislation.
