Job Title: Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support and treatment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver cognitive behavioural therapy to patients with mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote mental health and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
