AIBO RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive/Appointment Maker to join our fast-paced office within the material handling industry.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to drive growth for our company through cold calling and Telesales.
- React and think on your feet to address new and interesting problems, and work collaboratively with other departments to source and resolve issues efficiently for the customer.
- Conduct fact-finding with customers to provide the Account Sales Manager with the necessary tools to deliver the best solution from the initial meeting.
- Track and report on pipeline with the sales team to ensure meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.
- Liaise with Account Sales Managers within the business regarding opportunities and successfully deliver new opportunities to them.
- Help form this role into a successful position with your own way of working and ideas aligned with our standards and targets.
- Technical ability with Microsoft and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven individual.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communicator with the ability to convey new ideas clearly.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
