The Role: Senior Full-Stack Developer - C#/.NET MVC

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architecture Engineering Leads, and Executive Technology Stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain web applications that drive our technological advancements.

Responsibilities
  • Full-Stack Development:
    • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#/.NET MVC.
    • Implement responsive frontend interfaces.
    • Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
    • Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Agile Delivery:
    • Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
    • Deliver high-quality features within agreed timelines.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior development and engineering roles, following industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in modern C# and the .NET ecosystem (preferably .NET 8 or later).
  • Strong frontend skills, including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • UI development experience with Blazor is desirable.
  • Passion for continuous learning and agile product-centric engineering environments.
