An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band Staff Nurse to join Cynan Ward in the Hergest Unit.
Main Duties of the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments and treatments for patients, including risk assessment, care and treatment plans, specific health interventions using evidence-based treatments, and health promotion.
The post holder will work shifts, including unsociable hours, and use effective communication to keep patients involved in treatment and service contact.
They will also be responsible for service development and improvement.

Language Requirements
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post, and English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
