Position Overview

Youth Support Specialist (Therapeutic Care Provider)

**£500 Welcome Bonus**

Annual Salary: £28, £29,120.00

Work Schedule: Full-time permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern that includes evenings, weekends, and an average of two overnight shifts per week (included in salary). Opportunities for voluntary overtime are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
  • Assist in maintaining daily routines and establishing boundaries.
  • Support children in attending educational institutions and engaging in recreational activities.
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues across various departments.
  • Exhibit resilience, positivity, and self-motivation.

Additional Information:

Experience in a children's residential setting is preferred, but we welcome all applicants based on their individual qualifications.

Preferred candidates will hold a Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Children & Young People.

A Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
