Role Requirements: We are seeking 2 Project Officers to join our dynamic Improvement and Transformation team. The successful candidates will report to one of the Programme Managers within the team. This role necessitates effective collaboration and outstanding communication skills, making your interpersonal abilities crucial. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority and expertise within the Council and the One Croydon Alliance, often assisting in conveying complex information to audiences with differing backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities: You will play a vital role in realizing the anticipated benefits of the program, contributing to the enhancement and delivery of adult social care services within the Council's resource framework.
Contract Details:
- The position is available as a one-year secondment for current employees or a one-year fixed-term contract for external applicants.
- Depending on the program's success, there may be an opportunity for a 12-month extension.
Qualifications: The role requires demonstrable experience in project support within the health and social care sector. A solid understanding of social care and health service delivery and policy is essential.
