Outreach Manager - Performance Marketing Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Outreach Manager to join our team at Duval Associates Ltd - Recruitment Specialist - UK. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving our SEO channel's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to earn relevant, trusted links to our website, driving organic traffic and improving website rankings.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to maximise value from wider marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the PR & Content Manager, creating opportunities from our PR activity.
  • Report on the contribution of your work to overall SEO channel performance.
  • Optimise website content, considering the onward user journey from your activations.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Work with the Global Head of SEO and Head of Performance to reach channel growth targets.
  • Create content briefs for internal and external content creators, ensuring high-quality content.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of written English.
  • A self-starter who can find opportunities and plan them as part of a wider roadmap.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to new developments and best practices.
  • Highly organised, capable of planning and executing multiple link acquisition activities in parallel.
