A recent partnership with institutional investors presents a unique opportunity for accelerated growth as heat pumps emerge as the preferred technology for achieving the UK's net zero targets.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in resource allocation, time management, and stakeholder engagement to effectively oversee complex projects. This position requires an organized individual with excellent planning capabilities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

As the company anticipates significant growth, the successful candidate will be eager to take initiative in managing tasks and developing new processes and systems to facilitate the next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the installation and service team, your duties will include:

  • Ensuring timely and budget-compliant project deliveries.
  • Upholding quality standards and ensuring compliance during installations.
  • Implementing and adhering to Health and Safety regulations on-site.
  • Directly supervising mechanical and electrical engineers while managing project resources.
  • Collaborating with contractors for project execution and participating in progress meetings.
  • Coordinating the timely procurement and delivery of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Working towards established targets and budgetary constraints.
  • Providing regular updates on project status.
  • Handling additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:
The successful applicant will possess:

  • Practical experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably within the plumbing, heating, construction, or HVAC sectors.
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ or equivalent.
  • Exceptional time and resource management abilities.
  • Experience in overseeing mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
  • SSSTS certification.
  • Desirable experience in plantroom MEP fit-out.
  • A valid CSCS card.
  • Willingness to travel for short and extended assignments as required.
  • A clean driving license.

Compensation Package:
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with:
