STAFF Machine Learning Engineer

Competitive Salary up to €180,000

Relocation Package of €20,000 Available

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Dublin.

The Role:

As a Machine Learning Engineer:

  • You will identify opportunities to apply machine learning to drive business value.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy machine learning models.
  • You will work closely with product and design teams to ensure that machine learning solutions meet business needs.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining large language models and deploying complex machine learning models.
  • You will transition algorithms from prototype to production-ready solutions.
  • You will manage and improve our production machine learning infrastructure.
  • You will develop new data infrastructure to support exploration and innovation.
  • You will establish processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, validation, and deployment.
  • You will collaborate with teams to evaluate and enhance algorithm performance.

Requirements:

  • MSc or PhD in a STEM field.
  • Proven experience in implementing machine learning models, including large language models.
  • MLOps/DevOps experience in CI/CD.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, Kubernetes, MLFlow, Kafka, and Airflow.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in AWS and Spark.
  • Excellent communication and team engagement skills.
  • Expertise in large-scale computation.
  • Experience in a research environment.
  • Experience with LLMs and Langchain.
  • A keen interest in problem-solving and using scalable machine learning to drive business outcomes.
