Job Title: Commercial Brand Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Brand Coordinator to join our team at SSP Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our recipes and product information.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our NPD Recipe Team and Executive Chefs Team to review and validate recipes for our Nutritics database, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all our products.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for our recipe database, ensuring that all changes and additions are properly checked and verified before publication.
  • Work closely with our Data team to coordinate new recipe builds and ensure standardization of our product information.
  • Manage projects to maintain the accuracy and consistency of our recipes, including standardizing yields, cooking methods, and costings.
  • Liaise with local teams and units to review and update bespoke recipes relevant to their regions.
  • Provide detailed information to our NPD Executive Chefs to help them work with existing recipes and avoid duplication.
  • Advise on the most efficient setup for our recipe database, ensuring it remains simple and workable.
  • Create and maintain Approved Product Lists for all our brands.
  • Prompt and facilitate cross-check meetings with relevant project teams to ensure accuracy before issuing recipes to unit teams.
  • Contribute to cross-functional meetings and liaise with other key departments to support the planning and implementation of NPD activities.
  • Support our NPD Executive Chefs and Commercial team with recipe information for upcoming projects.
  • Maintain live and up-to-date recipe specs on SharePoint.
  • Proactively schedule work according to department and commercial priorities.
