Join Our Team as a Hair Stylist at Lush HairLab

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team at Lush HairLab in Brighton. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional salon services to our clients, including hair cutting, styling, and coloring. You will work closely with our team to deliver a personalized experience that meets the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality hair services, including cutting, styling, and coloring
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to deliver innovative and personalized services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional customer service and salon standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Lush's high standards of hygiene and safety
Requirements:
  • Minimum SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a salon environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
