Join Our Team as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Kidderminster

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a highly regarded SEN provision school in the Kidderminster area. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex learning difficulties, primarily Autism, in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support to children with complex needs
  • Work across Key Stage 1 and 2 age demographics
  • Support children with complex learning difficulties, including Autism
  • Full-time Monday to Friday role
  • Free online CPD courses in Mental Health, Behaviour, and SEN
  • Working hours: 08:30am - 16:30pm
  • Paid £450 per week during term time
  • September to July 2025 contracted role
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or Sociology
  • Previous experience supporting young children
  • Passionate about progressing into a SEN specific career
  • Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • No UK Visa sponsorship available for this role
