Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team as a Functional Solutions Architect. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for facilitating requirements development sessions, supporting implementation work, and leading design for a future state solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit current state pain points and uncover gaps in CRM best practices.
  • Lead design, with the delivery team, for a future state solution and be responsible for its approval and decomposition into user stories.
  • Efficiently synthesize both technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidently.
  • Presents complex information equally well to a level audience or a developer community.
  • Has hands-on experience implementing functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams, and business stakeholders during the implementation phase.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant for a mid-to-large-sized organization, or direct consulting expertise leading sales and marketing transformation projects.
  • Experience with configuration, Salesforce, and other CRM software.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools.
  • SF Industries CPQ certification or certification in either Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ.
