Job Title: Wills Legal Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Wills Legal Supervisor to join our team at Yolk Recruitment. As a Wills Legal Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing ongoing training, learning, and supervision support to all Legal Advisors within the Wills Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Allocate work and tasks of an appropriate level, gradually increasing the level and complexity of the work over time, while encouraging trainees to suggest solutions independently.
  2. Ensure advisors maintain an up-to-date training record that identifies the work they have performed and the skills they have deployed.
  3. Provide regular feedback to advisors regarding their performance, recognizing achievements and improvements, and constructively addressing areas that require further effort.
  4. Identify individual and departmental training needs and provide training and other learning support to fill those gaps.
  5. Supervise 100% of legal work of advisors with 3 years or less experience in Wills and Probate.

Requirements:

  1. Wide technical knowledge and ability in the area of Wills and Trust Law.
  2. Commitment and dedication to the role, with a focus on meeting business deadlines and targets, as well as driving departmental performance.
