Join Our Professional Negligence Team

We are seeking a skilled Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 Professional Negligence Team. As a key member of our team, you will work on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Lawyers listed in the Legal 500 who are experts in their field. You will have exposure to a wide range of cases, including construction, engineers, architects, surveyors, and insurer and re-insurance claims covering complex policy coverage advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Partners on high-value claims
  • Progression opportunities to manage your own case load
  • Assist in the development and expansion of our Professional Negligence Team
Requirements
  • Qualified Lawyer with experience in Professional Negligence Claims
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
