About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our bank of Residential Support Workers. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our young people in their daily lives, including assisting with morning and night time routines.
  • Accompany young people to participate in activities, such as walking, horse riding, or trampolining.
  • Help with daily tasks, including school support and completion of general daily routines.
