The wellbeing and success of our young people are at the core of our operations.

Ensuring the safety and welfare of our children and young individuals is our utmost priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and motivate the young person in upholding their personal care routines.
  • To qualify for this role, you must possess a full UK driving license (no provisional or international licenses) and have access to a vehicle for work purposes. A warm and engaging personality is essential for connecting with children and young individuals, and flexibility in your work schedule is important. While experience in supporting challenging young people is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
