### Job Title: Nursery Manager

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our busy nursery, working closely with our team to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations
* Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives and improve nursery performance
* Ensure the nursery is well-organized, clean, and safe for children and staff
* Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to ensure excellent customer service

#### Requirements

* Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare
* At least 4 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery
* At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire, energize, and support others
* Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
