- Clinical Expertise
- Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, and wound care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Quality and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Care UK's policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Qualifications and Experience
- NMC Registered Nurse with a strong background in clinical leadership and management.
- Experience in writing comprehensive care plans and conducting clinical assessments.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of care standards and regulations.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Competitive Salary and Benefits
- Up to £23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
