Key Responsibilities

    • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the needs of residents are met and exceeded.
  • Clinical Expertise
    • Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, and wound care.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Care UK's policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • NMC Registered Nurse with a strong background in clinical leadership and management.
    • Experience in writing comprehensive care plans and conducting clinical assessments.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
    • Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of care standards and regulations.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
