About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Hewett Recruitment. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts and driving business growth through creative and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management
    • Craft and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms to grow our online presence.
  • Website Content
    • Keep our website fresh, engaging, and SEO-optimized. Work with designers and developers to improve user experience.
  • Lead Generation
    • Develop and manage lead generation campaigns through email marketing, PPC, and SEO, turning prospects into loyal customers.
  • Content Creation
    • Write compelling blogs, newsletters, case studies, and more that align with our brand voice and showcase our company value.
  • Marketing Analytics
    • Track and analyze the success of marketing activities, providing regular performance reports and insights.
  • Brand Management
    • Ensure our brand identity is consistent and impactful across all channels and materials.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in a standalone or small-team environment.
  • Expertise in social media management and website content management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media schedulers.
  • Experience with lead generation and email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a knack for creating engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
