We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our showroom.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day retail sales operations, including Parts, Hardware, Clothing, and Groundcare machinery sales.
- Provide expert knowledge of horticultural equipment and parts to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with internal workshop technicians to support parts identification and sales.
- Process goods receipts and distributions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Manage cash, cheque, and card payments, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, supporting colleagues and adapting to changing sales priorities.
- Good knowledge of horticultural equipment and parts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and internet use.
- Full driving license and smart, presentable appearance.
- Motivated by sales targets and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
