About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to support our Regulatory Advocates team in the Governance Division. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Regulatory Advocates team on a range of matters, including monitoring the regulatory legal inbox, issuing misconduct charges, and facilitating misconduct hearings.
  • Collate responses to data subject access requests and ensure data protection compliance.
  • Provide document review and other support for regulatory and litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and provide ad hoc support to the Governance Division.
  • Execute additional tasks as required to meet the changing priorities of the FA Group.
Requirements
  • Law degree (or non-legal degree plus law conversion qualification)
  • Previous Paralegal and/or administrative experience in a legal setting
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the legal team
  • Excellent academic record
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet short deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel/Adobe
