Your responsibilities will encompass the entire procurement lifecycle, promoting ongoing enhancements, leading the purchasing team, and facilitating collaboration across various departments. From addressing supplier issues to developing comprehensive performance metrics, your influence will resonate throughout the procurement framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a purchasing team of four professionals.
  • Negotiate and cultivate strong supplier partnerships.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives in supplier management.
  • Foster positive interdepartmental relationships.
  • Address and resolve supplier concerns and disputes.
  • Develop and present purchasing performance metrics.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain operations.
