- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
