About the Role

At Babcock International Group, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As an Information Assurance Administrator, you'll play a crucial part in this mission.

You'll be responsible for providing high-level professional Information Assurance (IA) support across the Missions Systems business. Your day-to-day tasks will involve supporting the effective delivery of all IA-related matters, ensuring key support functions are delivered in a smart, flexible, and holistic manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the development of the Mission Systems ISMS and ISO Certification.
  • Support the implementation of a program leading to ISO Certification.
  • Conduct internal and external auditing activity in support of maintaining the ISMS.
  • Maintain all records and IA Policy/Process documentation in support of the ISMS and ISO continued Certification.
  • Provide essential support to both internal and external stakeholders to enable an open and transparent working relationship focused on resolving issues as they arise.
Requirements

This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and requires regular travel across a range of internal and customer sites on a monthly basis, alongside home working arrangements.

Essential experience includes providing customer-facing ISO/ISO advice and guidance, as well as a broad understanding of computer and network technical architecture.

Qualifications include ideally holding a Degree in a relevant subject or working towards it with relevant experience.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role, with the ability to gain Developed Vetting (DV) once in post if required.
