Senior Education Officer

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Education Officer to join our client, a leading health-focussed membership organisation. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, delivery, and evaluation of the organisation's education programme.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and delivery of online and in-person training sessions, as well as the coordination of online education resources.
- Maintain an overview of education projects and provide input as required.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of education programmes, including online and in-person events, online learning resources, and e-learning platforms.
- Work with editors to approve and add images and case reports to the education pages of the website.
- Deal with phone and email queries related to education and events.
- Support the production of the Annual Scientific Meeting, including proofreading of documents and user acceptance testing of online functionality.
- Experience in project management, event logistics, and management, both online and in-person.
- Ability to work with third-party suppliers, volunteers, and a diverse range of people at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CMS and updating websites.
- Experience working with e-learning platforms/LMS is beneficial but not crucial.
