Job Title: Customer Service Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Manager to join our Customer Hub team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service advisors and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service advisors to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in customer service
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of quality standards and procedures
