**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time HR Manager to join our team at Recruit Select. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our employees and management team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide a full scope of HR services, including performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and general HR support.
  • Act as a main point of contact for our employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the professional development of our employees, including training and development programs.
  • Manage HR administration, including our HRIS system, staff sickness and annual leave records, and recruitment processes.
  • Oversee all Health and Safety matters, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.
  • Liaise with external contractors and companies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
