Job Title: Recovery Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead the development and management of a new-build mental health supported living service for 14 individuals with mental health needs, commissioned by Worcestershire County Council, in partnership with Bromford Housing Association, referrers, Care Managers, and other agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to assess needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services, ensuring the well-being and safety of service users.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with referrers, Care Managers, and other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing mental health services, preferably in a supported living setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
