Mortgage Advisor Opportunity in Northampton

BDM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join one of its flagship estate agency branches in Northampton. This role offers a unique chance to excel in a fast-paced, financially rewarding environment, backed by the strong reputation of BDM Recruitment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with estate agents to receive new mortgage appointments, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
  • Utilize access to an extensive existing client base, providing remortgage services and generating additional business through existing relationships.
  • Write mortgage cases weekly, benefiting from a generous sliding commission structure that rewards high performance.
  • Access a wide range of mortgage products, with hundreds of lenders at your disposal, alongside a robust panel of protection providers.
  • Handle property transactions with values reaching up to £650,000 in a competitive Northampton market.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in providing mortgage and protection advice, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders.
  • A clean credit and compliance history, alongside a full UK driving license, to meet the necessary regulatory requirements.
