Sales Trainee

Avant Homes is a leading housebuilder operating in Scotland, the North East of England, across Yorkshire and the East and West Midlands, with eight regional offices employing over 600 people.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our North East sales team as a Trainee Sales Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Advisor in achieving reservations and presenting the Avant product, show homes, and optional extras.
- Complete customer paperwork in alignment with Group policies and GDPR.
- Assist the Sales Advisor in managing third-party working relationships and providing updates to customers on the progress of their home.
- Build relationships with onsite Construction teams and provide assistance with the "street scene" to ensure the highest possible standard.
- Actively contact potential customers and sales leads to maximise sales where possible.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and listen to customers' needs.
- Full training will be provided to ensure you understand all aspects of the home buying process.
