Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Unilever. As a key member of our global FMCG team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Job Purpose:

  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply/demand mismatches to ensure consistently high service to our customers.
  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate the management of supply gaps, balancing cost, carbon, and service.
  • Ensure rigorous execution of SKU transitions and coordinate Fuel For Growth projects, residuals, blocked stock, business waste, and life cycle management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver results, focusing on coordination of risk mitigation and high complexity.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure short-term service.
  • Act as central contact between the local team and the Katowice hub for perfect execution of business plans.
  • Monitor and adjust execution of transitions.
  • Own residuals, ageing stock, blocked stock, and business waste on behalf of PMU Planning across Finished Goods Stocks.
  • Provide feedback to Sales, CCD, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Market Collaboration Planners on risks and incremental opportunities.
  • Lead the response on Supply Crises, such as product availability, and mitigate impacts of Quality and Regulatory issues.
  • Participate in Demand-Supply reviews and collaborate with category supply planning, Market Collaboration Planners, Customer Experience, and Local CD & Marketing Teams.
  • Analyse valuable insights from data and translate into actions, knowing when to question data based on accuracy and identified inconsistencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in E2E planning, including demand planning, material requirements planning, production planning, and innovation planning.
  • Able to see the bigger picture and recognise constraints and challenges in other parts of the supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse valuable insights from data.

Working Environment:

As a contractor based at Kingston, you will be eligible for free parking at a local carpark. You will also have access to a Unilever Staff Shop, a canteen, a gym, and shower facilities.
